How much are delivery charges?
However we have to make a small charge of £3.50 to the following areas Windsor, Englefield green and £4.50 to Maidenhead and Slough
Can you deliver at a specific time?
We can only guarantee the delivery of funeral flowers for a specific time of day.
If you wanted a bouquet within our normal 2 day ordering period we will do our best to give you a more specific time, however this can't be guaranteed.However we might be able to give you a morning or afternoon slot.
We suggest that before you place your order, contact us on email (shop@inspirationalflowers.co.uk) with a preferred time and date of delivery and we can let you know if this is possible.
I like one of your products, but can you change it slightly for me?
Yes, this is no problem. Before you order just go to the contact us page and email us and let us know what changes you would like to make. We also are happy to provide any flowers that are not on the website - just email us with your enquiry.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, a gift message is included with all our flowers.
You will be prompted for your message as part of the ordering process when you are directed to the shopping cart.
All card messages will be hand written.
How do I order from your website?
It's as easy as clicking a few buttons.
Once you've found a flower arrangement and colour you like, simply click the associated 'Buy now' button next to the photograph of the bouquet and the shopping cart checkout process begins.
During checkout, you'll be asked to provide the name and address of the person to whom you're sending the gift, your own invoicing address as well as date and time* of delivery and card message. (*funerals only)
You will then be directed to the PayPal website where you can pay PayPal via credit/debit cards.
Can I order by telephone?
Unfortunately we do not accept payment over the phone at present so for the foreseeable future we will be only taking orders via Paypal.
Can I pay for my order on delivery?
I'm afraid that we can't accept 'payment on delivery'. All orders must be paid for prior to delivery.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order on our website by credit and debit card via PayPal - you do not need a PayPal account.
Can I change the gift message?
Yes, you can change your gift message as long as you inform us at least 24 hours before delivery. After that time, we cannot guarantee to be able to make the amendment. If you wish to amend your gift message, simply email us on the contact page.
Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?
Yes we can - except on public holidays and Sundays.
What time will the order arrive?
Bouquets will be delivered between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., Monday to Saturday unless it's a funeral where you can give a specific time.
What happens if the recipient isn't in when you deliver?
We will try and leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a secure place. Either way, a card will be left at the recipient's address to inform them where the flowers have been left.
In the event that we're unable to leave the order securely on the property or with a neighbour, the flowers will be brought back to us and we contact the recipient to arrange a redelivery.
The recipient is only going to be in during the morning, can you deliver before lunch?
Yes, this is possible.
Before you order, just go to the contact us page and use the email to let us know about your requirements.
What happens if I don't pay before delivery?
If we do not receive payment before the preparation date we regrettably cannot fulfil the order.
It is therefore very important that you contact us as quickly as possible after receiving notification of a failed payment.

We do not retain any Credit Card information. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
